Wall Street Explorer requires certain files that are 
only distributed as part of the Internet Explorer 
package. Distribution of these files by third-parties 
such as myself would be in violation of the Microsoft 
license. Therefore, if you do not have Internet 
Explorer 3.0 or later installed on your system you 
should download it from www.microsoft.com. After 
installation you may delete the IE Browser if you do 
not intend to use it as your default browser, this 
will not affect Wall Street Explorer.       

Wall Street Explorer is a 32-bit application designed 
to run on Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 or later. 
Windows 3.x users are not supported, however, it is 
possible that Wall Street Explorer may function on 16-
bit systems loaded with the latest version of Win32s.
